Lake Powell countdown is now official
We finally got the "Lake Powell countdown" projects done. Trevor decided he was too old and cool to participate but Hunter and Gavin had a lot of fun with it. Hunters is on the left and Gavins is on the right.We were just getting ready to start with the glue when Mary and the girls came by so they joined in the fun as well. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of theirs but hopefully Mary will take one and share it. They were really creative with theirs and everyone had fun making them. I have to admit that it's been a really long time since I've written bubble letters :)
Tomorrow we get to start the chore of actually getting ready. I have started my lists and they just keep getting bigger and bigger. I don't mind...the trip is ALWAYS worth the work it takes to get ready.

Sounds like fun, but I am sure getting four kids ready to go is no easy task. Who else is going this year? Tell Trevor you are NEVER too cool for a countdown chain.
I'm jealous. Not of the getting ready part, but the being there part. The only thing I can tell you is remember the sunscreen!
Lake Powell has come and gone, when are you going to update?
